Conference Paper Submissions – Guidelines

For the topics examined in the MSMEs context:

  • For topics examined in the MSMEs context, you are required to submit either an Extended Abstract OR an Abstract.
  • Only those participants who have submitted an Extended Abstract and the context of the study is MSMEs will be considered in the competition track review process for the best paper awards. Mere eligibility does not qualify an entry in the competition track.
  • IIM Amritsar is the final authority for deciding the competition track papers and the best paper award decision.

For the topics examined in the Non-MSMEs context:

  • For topics examined in the Non-MSMEs context, you are required to submit only an Abstract.

General Guidelines

  • A single individual can at most send two submissions.
  • Ensure you do not add authors name or details in your submission.
  • You are not required to submit full paper at a later stage.
  • All Conference papers to be submitted on the below easy chair link.

  • All submissions have to be made using this templet.
  • Authors need to ensure that the paper has not been published, under consideration for publication, or accepted for publication anywhere.
  • It is mandatory that at least one author of all accepted papers register for the conference and also present the paper at the conference.
  • All papers will be reviewed following a double-blind peer review process.
  • Removal of Author Identity: Remove the author identifying information from the document’s file properties. In Word, this can be done by using/clicking on the “Properties” feature (use Word’s Help resource for further details on how to use it). To ensure a blind review, authors must avoid revealing their identities in the body or reference section of the paper. Further, do not include a front-page with author-identifying information. At the time of submission via EasyChair, the submitting author will be asked to provide complete contact information for all authors including name, mailing address, phone number, and email. Please use the above link for submitting the Confirmation that your paper was submitted successfully will be sent via email to the submitting author.
  • Formatting Instructions: Use 12-point Times New Roman font single-spaced. References should be entered onto a separate page and must follow American Psychological Association (APA) referencing style.
  • IIM Amritsar’s Digital Proceedings: The abstract of the selected papers will be used for preparing the IIM Amritsar’s digital proceeding. The extended abstract will not be published in IIM Amritsar’s digital proceedings, so the authors can submit the same to a journal for publication after the conference.
